Meet at Jackson Premium Outlets side parking lot at 4:15 pm. Wheels rolling at 4:30 pm.
We will have a 2nd meetup at Burger King parking lot, 803 NJ-37, Toms River, NJ 08755 at 5 pm. We will then head to the parade staging site at approx 5:15 pm. All bikes need to be decorated in a Halloween theme. We will decorate bikes at location.
NOTE, helmets must be worn in the parade. There is no throwing of anything from the bikes (candy, political statements, etc).
These are the parade organizers rules. Parade starts at 7 pm.
