Meet up at Jackson Premium Outlets at 8:30 am. Wheels rolling at 8:45 am. Second meetup Wawa, Whiting at 9:15 am, wheels rolling 9:30 am. We will backroad it through the pines to Cape May with a stop at the lighthouse then WWII Lookout Tower before breaking for lunch at Exit Zero Filling Station.

Total run 228 miles in approximately 7 hours (including stops)

Registration 9 to 11 AM All hands must be turned in by 2 PM. Party starts at 2 PM with live music by JUNKYARD DAWGS.

Cost: $25 per rider $15 for passenger includes food and beverages.

This is NOT a motorcycle only event any mode of transportation, bike, car, truck, or you can just come to the party and pull your poker hand.

Instead of a fee, we are asking everyone to bring something to the table. If you are coming at the start time please bring a side dish or you might be coming a bit later then we ask you bring a dessert. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING BELOW IN COMMENTS, so we don’t end up with two many of the same dishes. We only need side dishes and desserts everything else will be taken care.
Pool will be open so bring swim suits if you would like. There will be plenty of food,,,music,,,games,,,and lots of good times to be had. BYOB.

Chapter Members only ryde. Ryders should be comfortable with narrow twisty roads and dodging some rather big potholes.
This event is weather permitting. Bring a lunch, extra water and sunscreen.
Please arrive with a full tank of gas. Our ride is approximately 150 miles.

Meet up at 9:00am. Wheels rolling at 9:15am.

We will take back roads to Washington Crossing Historic Park Visitor Center for a 15 minute rest stop. We will then ride North visiting a few of the wooden covered bridges. Our second stop will be at Van Sant airport. Enjoy your lunch while watching airplanes take off and land. After lunch we will visit a few more covered bridges before returning back to the outlet center.

Chapter Member Ryde by invitation only. Please arrive with a full tank of fuel.

Our Road Warrior Awareness Ryde will start at the Jackson Premium Outlets 9:15 am, wheels rolling at 9:30 am, with a 2nd meetup at Wawa in Whiting at 10 am, wheels rolling at 10:15 am. We will be touring thru the Pinelands with a stop for lunch at Doyle’s Pour House in Tuckerton. During lunch we will raffle off door prizes and also have a 50/50 drawing. All Ryders will receive an event patch. Registration fee for this event is a suggested $30 donation to the Road Warrior Foundation. Registration is open. Follow the link below.

Weather permitting we can make this a ryde. Meet at the Jackson Premium Outlets at 8:30 am. Wheels rolling at 8:45 am. You can also meet us there. Class starts at 10 am. Bring a lunch.

This is an ASM 100 Series Class. “A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist”

This CAPCE-accredited course is our most popular class. Learn what to do in the first 5-30 minutes after a crash until professional help arrives. Fully Instructor-Led (IL) by a certified ASM instructor, Karen Cofresi*, this 7-hour class (8 hours with lunch) teaches helmet removal, jaw thrust rescue breathing, moving the injured, controlling bleeding, and more. All skills are taught and practiced.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1 Use P.A.C.T. to determine priorities while approaching a crash scene
2 Explain the importance of having both knowledge and supplies to assist at a scene
3 Give examples of how Good Samaritan Laws work and what constitutes “Gross Negligence”
4 Explain personal protection and cross-contamination
5 Give 3 examples of traffic control techniques
6 Verbalize how to get an injured person out from underneath a motorcycle
7 Explain how and when to move an injured person
8 Use assessment skills to gather information critical to determining the severity of the injuries and
gather information for the EMS
9 Explain the importance of the mechanisms of injury as it relates to injuries
10 Verbalize what information is important to relay to the EMS
11 Demonstrate how to do a rapid head-to-toe assessment using ABCSS of trauma to determine the priorities of treatment
12 Explain how to perform Jaw Thrust rescue breathing to open an airway in trauma
13 Explain how to determine if a person is breathing and how to rescue breath for them if it is determined that
they are not breathing on their own.
14 Verbalize 4 ways to control bleeding
15 Verbalize 3 kinds of shock & which one you have the most control over at a crash scene
16 Explain why less movement of the spine is better.

* Karen Cofresi is a retired NYC EMS First Responder. Karen began her love for emergency medicine in High School and volunteered with her local Volunteer Squad for several years. After graduation, she went on to make Emergency Medicine her career. Karen was a member of the elite Special Operations Division responsible for training over 2,000 personnel with emergency operational policies and procedures. Karen has taught CPR, HIPAA, Blood Borne Pathogen Safety, and OSHA to her students.
