Chapter Christmas Dinner & Meeting

Saturday - December 4 - 6:00 PM

Klooz Brewz - 125 N Meridian St Lebanon, IN 46052

We are excited to celebrate another great year of riding with you all! Jeff will have mileage patches for those who have contacted him about mileage milestones, we will award the Scavenger Hunt winner for 2021, and we’ll celebrate other achievements this year!

We will have a fun game for everyone, and a gift exchange/game for those who wish to participate. If you’d like to participate in the gift exchange, please bring a gift (NOT white elephant) valued at no more than $10. This gift can be Spyder related, but certainly does not have to be.

I’ve just learned that we’ll get a special treat that night! The Lebanon Christmas Parade will go right past (and end) near the restaurant, then they will light the town’s Christmas Tree! This will be neat to see, but parking may be challenging. Arrive early and plan to park in the large parking lot near the town square (or anywhere else you can find parking).

Join us for the 4th Annual Brickyard Spyder Ryders Ladies Retreat!

September 17- 19, 2021

Host Hotel: General Butler State Resort Park, Carrollton, KY (Near Madison, IN) 502-732-4384

The rate for a double queen room is $105/night plus taxes and fees.  Our entire block is double queen rooms – you can arrange a room for yourself or pair up with a friend to share a room and save costs! The deadline to reserve a room is August 17, 2021. Mention that you are with the Brickyard Spyder Ryders Ladies Retreat and/or Group Code 5191

All lady Spyder Ryders are welcome!  Of course, we encourage member participation and encourage ryders to join our incredible Brickyard Spyder Ryder community, but you do not have to be a member of the US Spyder Ryders Brickyard group to attend!

We will meet at the City of Franklin parking lot on the corner of W. Jefferson St. and Jackson St. in Franklin IN at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 17.  From there we will travel to General Butler State Resort Park with a lunch stop and likely a few scenic stops along the way.  We tend to take our time and enjoy the ride!

On Saturday, we will have led rydes in the area (soliciting route leaders if you’re interested).  Ideally, we will offer several rides and leaders throughout the day with different start times, all originating at the hotel – so pick your favorite routes and destinations and ride with different groups! We will gather together somewhere for dinner at the end of the day.

On Sunday, we will likely divide into several smaller groups to travel home – with options in many directions, timelines, and stops along the way.

There will also be time to explore the state park, socialize with friends, play games, and simply relax! If you’ve been in years past, I know you’re already looking forward to it! If you have not attended a Ladies Retreat with us before, I promise you’ll have a great time, meet friends, and make lasting memories!

Email Erin Richardson with questions at ejrichardson00@gmail.com

Please also email Erin if/when you confirm hotel reservations or intend to attend.  A group email will be established to share specific updates as needed.

The North Central Chapter will be in the Saturday, July 24 Parade! They are allowed 20 Spyders/Rykers maximum.

If the NC Chapter cannot fill all 20 spots, we can fill in from the Brickyard Chapter.

Need to be in Peru for parade line-up before 10:00 am that day.

It was tons of fun 2 years ago when we were in the parade. And it’s a big small-town USA parade!!

Open spots will be filled in the sequence that members e-mail Jeff Boruvka their desire to participate.

Please submit your interest to Jeff Boruvka by July 1st.

If you don’t want to be in the parade, take a seat along the parade route in Peru. It’s a great time!
