Our new South Florida chapter in Miami is having an organization meeting & first group ryde on Sunday April 3, 2016.

There will be a Pancake Breakfast from 8:30am until 10:30am at Riva Motorsports Miami, Fl followed by a group ryde into the Upper Keys,  then of course a return to home.

This isn’t just around the corner so those hardy folks who wish to join us to support our new chapter will leave the Orlando area at 4:30am to arrive in Miami for Breakfast.

Janique, our supportive friend from BRP will also attend the event, and we are hoping for a great turnout of new South Florida friends.   This is a bit of a challenging ryde but if we would just starting, we would want them to support us, so let’s get tough and make this ryde.   Please sign up to join the caravan.

We will also arrange a stop along the way to pick-up others along the coast.

Meet up at 9:15am at Kangaroo Express 17503 W Colonial (Route 50), Oakland, Fl. (Near exit 272 of the turnpike)    On the Road at 9:45am.   This time instead of dropping off bags for the food drive you can experience the satisfaction of picking them up.  (Hard working volunteers will have distributed the bags a few days prior for pick up on Wrap UP Saturday.

Bring your frunk full of groceries to the meet up point and we will empty it into an SUV that will be standing by and hold a gift card drawing for all contributors. Then with  empty frunks you can carry a couple of bags  during the pick up in two neighborhoods..  Also if you own a trailer please bring it on this ryde.   We will ryde through the country just as our previous ryde, only this time when we finish the ryde we will unload our goodies at Central Florida Powersports and receive a BBQ luncheon for our reward.

For those seeking adventure we will also hold 2016 F3T Demo Rydes (and if anyone wants to purchase gear or a new bike I am sure someone will be on hand to help you).  Of course we will hold another gift card drawing for those who complete the event.

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SIGN UP FOR THIS ONE. CFPS needs an accurate headcount a few days before to order the food.

Annual Kick Off Event for our Club Food Drive for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida

Meet up at Central Florida Powersports at 9am and ryde begins at 9:30am.   We will ryde backroads from CFPS up to the Clermont/Minneola area and there will take a break from the ryde to distribute food drive bags to approx 500 home in three neighborhoods (should only take about an hour if we all participate).  We will then proceed to lunch for our Meet & Eat portion of the ryde at Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Fl

The bags will all be prepared with explanation of who we are and what we are doing, plus when the food pick up will be in each neighborhood.

All we will have to do is drop those bags at doorsteps.     If anyone wants their own bags to do a mini food drive in their personal neighborhood we can provide some

This will be a big day for gift card drawings.

We will have the first drawing at CFPS.   Every person that brings a bag of food to donate to the event will be entered in this drawing

We will have two more drawings at Arlington Ridge.   The first drawing will be for the Regular Ryde mileage, and the second drawing will be for those who have helped with the bag distribution in local neighborhoods

The Manager, Strategic Planning & Marketing from BRP will join us on this ryde.
