SRA CF had a Board meeting on 10/12/2013 during which we passed the following resolutions or made following commitments: Bylaw Term limits (previously two year max) were removed for officers.
 Renewal Dues set for 2014 at $15 per person (if paid by 12/31/2013) or $20 per person thereafter. Members can elect to be dues paying (i.e. active & participate in all drawings, contests, etc.) or be inactive (i.e. non dues paying & be able to go on all rydes but not participate in any give aways or funded events).
 In 2014 we will sponsor significant fund raising events for the Second Harvest Food Bank in FEB in Kissimmee & the March of Dimes Bikers for Babies event in Jacksonville in AUG.
 $25 gift card giveaways will be for each 15 active member attendees going forward (was 10 previously but that has resulted in giveaways of as much as $100 per week). Adjustment necessary for club size & frequency of events.
 Annual meeting will be held January 18th to elect 2014 officers with pot luck/cookout like 2013 (location Larry & Deb Joiner community clubhouse)
 We will include a Tampa powersports dealer in our SRA CFL membership promotions & plan & execute an increased number of rydes in what will be the Gulf Coast region of SRA CFL (as opposed to HeartLand Central region or Atlantic Coast region). More "road captains" even for commitments of leading only one to two rydes per year will be solicited & actively pursued by board members.
